Return Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with your order.

However, in case you receive defective merchandise, please, let us know within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the defective product, except for defective bulbs.

If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier.

If, by some chance, we make a mistake on your order, we will get the correct products to you with no additional charges.

In the event that you would like to return your merchandise, and it has NOT been installed, you should contact us within 48 hours of delivery date, and return it within 15 days of receipt.

The product must be returned in its original condition with all parts intact.

Acceptable returned merchandise must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original box with original packaging material
  • In resalable condition
  • Has not been installed or altered in any way

No Refunds or Returns will be accepted for the following:

-Installed or altered merchandise.

-Clearance, Discount and/or Customized Items.

-Lauda Lighting  will not refund damaged merchandise. Customer must file a claim with the return shipper if returned merchandise is damaged.

-International Orders are not authorized for return.

-Light Bulbs are non-returnable.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Items refused at delivery address will be charged all freight costs and applicable restocking fees.

All returned merchandise will be inspected and may be subject to a restocking charge. Refunds will be issued upon inspection and after the merchandise is placed back into inventory.

After items are inspected, the customer will be contacted and informed if the return is accepted

Refunds will only be issued in the manner that payment was received

Shipping charges will not be refunded

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24hours of the order being placed without penalty or a restocking fee.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders in progress whether or not the order has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Taxes

All orders shipped outside of the state of Florida are tax-exempt. Florida customers will be charged a 7% sales tax, added to the order at checkout.

International customers are responsible for all duties and import taxes.
